1、客服专员(Customer Service Executive)              

【基本职责】:

通过在线回复、有效的解决玩家提出的各类问题;

跟踪用户问题处理进度并向用户反馈;

发掘用户需求,对用户意见及建议及时记录提报;

对于用户的问题能有效地进行处理解决;

协助各项游戏活动,并跟踪活动效果;

接受管理层不时指定的任何其他职责。

【任职要求】:

热爱游戏行业,有从事游戏客服经验者优先;

能冷静、礼貌的进行处理问题并跟踪解决;

熟练使用office软件;

能适应轮班工作,有良好的服务意识,较具亲和力;

服从工作安排,能承受一定工作压力;

很好的中文、英文听读写能力

【Job Description】:

Attend to online enquiries, call and reply customer to solve problems and complaints

Understand the needs of users and provide recommendations

2、游戏推广专员(Marketing Executive - Online Gaming )  

【基本职责】:

协调维护所辖区域内各网吧业主、网管的客户关系及店内资源;

定期了解所辖区域内各重要点卡经销商的销售状况,维护与MOL、Mycard等等各渠道点卡发行商合作关系;

执行终端重点网吧、高校、社区的各项活动;

对网吧终端进行客户端安装、维护,海报张贴等相关工作;

善于利用各种渠道拓展客户资源,推广公司平台及游戏

【任职要求】:

一年以上的网络游戏地面推广经验;

熟悉了解当地网吧,有一定合作关系;

与MOL等点卡发行商有一定合作关系;

语言沟通能力强,善于发展人际关系;

热爱游戏行业,有良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神;

服从工作安排,能承受一定工作压力,能吃苦耐劳者优先

Job Description】:

Engage good relationship with Internet cafe owners and other relevant network resources

Regularly understand online gaming market trend and business growth

Maintain strong partnership with MOL,Mycard, card issuers and other channels

3、推广活动执行专员(A&P Executive

【基本职责】:

负责公司品牌及游戏产品的市场营销策划、市场活动的组织、预算方案申报与实施;

对网吧终端进行客户端安装、维护,海报张贴等相关工作;

与相关媒体、FB红人、showgirl、主播、网吧战队,建立稳固合作关系,争取到必要的宣传资源;

负责网吧活动、赛事的落实执行,协助玩家完成游戏体验。

负责活动现场用户资料及意见的收集、汇总、反馈

【任职要求】:

有线下游戏活动比赛执行工作经验者优先;

MOBA(英雄联盟、dota2、超神英雄等)、FPS等竞技休闲游戏爱好者优先;

服从工作安排,能承受一定工作压力;

很好的中文、英文听读写能力。

Job Description】:

Responsible for the company's brand and product marketing game plan

Organize marketing activities, budget reporting and implementation

Build a solid relationship with media , celebrities, showgirl, DJ, and online cafe teams to secure the necessary information and resources

4、产品运营专员   (Product Development Specialist)

【基本职责】:

作为游戏运营部门直接对接客服部窗口,处理日常客服需求的反馈;

运营事故处理、补偿,BUG提交;

负责配合运营和市场完成游戏内宣工作;

游戏官网日常维护,版本更新、新闻更新和页面维护;

结合网络游戏特色,根据特殊阶段,包括但不局限: 开服活动、引导活动、消费活动、节假日活动;

游戏产品对外软文和官方网站公告撰写;

熟悉游戏内容,研究用户消费心理及行为习惯,深入了解玩家想法和需求,对促进消耗与道具设计提出可行性建议;

撰写新手攻略、付费玩家攻略、高手攻略;

使用FB, Twitter,cri等线上社区与玩家互动

【任职要求】:

具有1年及以上相关工作经验、拥有多款不同类型网游经验,对网游市场和用户需求有较深入的了解;

MOBA (英雄联盟、DOTA2、超神英雄等), FPS等竞技休闲游戏爱好者优先;

有游戏活动策划工作经验者优先;

【基本职责】:

广告投放方案,大型网吧等重点场所比赛活动的策划、执行、跟踪、反馈与总结;

负责网吧推广合作方案撰写及后续执行跟进;

负责网吧推广部门线上、线下活动方案的策划及后续执行跟进;

活动调研:包括行业市场活动的整理、活动的评估;

数据整理:活动的资源整理、活动总结报告;

【任职要求】:

有线下大型游戏活动赛事策划并执行工作经验者优先;

能独立安排好活动赛事的执行工作,妥善处理现场相关事宜及突发事件;

根据市场活动赛事的数据反馈,能进行分析并做出准确的活动调整方案

思维活跃,富有创意,有较清晰的线下游戏活动运营发展思路;

Job Description】:

Planning and execution of advertising programs, cyber café tournament/ competitions and provide effective feedback and event summary.          

Responsible of cyber café business collaboration and ensure proper follow up.

6、行政人事专员兼前台Admin Assistant cum Receptionist  )  

【基本职责】:

负责公司前台接待,总机电话转接工作、收发传真、快递、信件收发、文档复印等工作

负责公司内办公设备、办公家具的损坏登记与外部维修协调工作;

根据人力资源要求计划,组织各种形式的招聘工作、收集招聘信息,协助招聘工作;

负责文具采购及发放管理,并做好每月汇总表。

熟悉使用各种办公软件及办公工具;

具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力;
